BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A suspect has been arrested after investigators discovered a man dead with a gunshot wound to the head in East Baton Rouge Parish.
The suspect, Travis Turner, 18, is charged with second-degree murder and illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities.
