BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Buffet of Louisiana, a new buffet in Baton Rouge serving Asian cuisine, will open its doors Saturday, Jan. 10.
The 13,000-square-foot restaurant was previously slated to open earlier, but couldn’t due to fire safety issues that needed to be addressed, according to a Dec. 31 post on social media.
On Jan. 8, restaurant owners announced the Saturday opening, writing, “We got the green light from the city and we are prepping the foods and organizing everything now.”…
