BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Perkins Rowe announced Wednesday that Tex-Mex restaurant Barrio Burrito Bar will join its tenant mix. The restaurant will occupy 1,580 square feet of second-generation space next to Barnes & Noble.
The Perkins Rowe location will serve as Barrio Burrito Bar’s Louisiana flagship and plans to open in the second quarter of 2026.
Barrio Burrito Bar offers customizable Tex-Mex options, including burritos, bowls, quesadillas, and tacos made with fresh ingredients. The menu is designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
