BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Two West Baton Rouge Parish men were arrested after a traffic stop near Paincourtville on Thursday.
According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office, a deputy stopped a vehicle on Louisiana Highway 1 near Paincourtville after committing multiple traffic violations. The deputy interviewed the driver and passenger and believed an additional investigation was necessary.
The passenger, identified as Fischer Martin Seymour, 20, of Brusly, emptied his pockets and had a bottle that was labeled CBD vape juice. After interviewing the driver, Andrew Joseph Savoy, 19, of Port Allen, admitted to having one bottle of CBD vape juice in the vehicle…
