LOUISIANA — Three people were killed early Monday morning in a crash along Interstate 10 eastbound in West Baton Rouge Parish, according to a spokesperson for Louisiana State Police.
Troopers said the crash happened around 4 a.m. when a car left the roadway, traveled into a wooded area, and struck a tree between the Grosse Tete and Lobdell exits. Authorities said the vehicle then burst into flames.
All three people inside the car died as a result of the fire, state police said. Their identities have not been released…
