Main Street Market in Baton Rouge returns with new vendors

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Main Street Market in downtown Baton Rouge is celebrating its grand reopening with a week of events starting Monday, Feb. 2, through Saturday, Feb. 7.

The market, operated by the Big River Economic & Agricultural Development Alliance (BREADA), has been updated with refreshed spaces, new vendors, and new programming. BREADA said the goal is to continue supporting local farmers, food businesses, and the downtown community.

Officials said new vendors at Main Street Market include River & Roots Market, The Cozy Griddle, Sapor: Indian Fusion, Vivian’s Rotisserie & Grill, and Louisiana Creole Creations…
