Charles E. Jones Jr. was arrested today and charged with attempted second-degree murder of a woman from Jan. 5 at 5649 St Gerard Cir., according to an arrest warrant from the Baton Rouge Police Department.
Police are looking for a second individual, accused of the same. Both individuals live together in a house on the 5800 block of Hammond Road in the same neighborhood as the victim.
Jones and the other individual allegedly approached the victim in a grey Nissan and said, “I know that’s not who I think it is.” The victim said she knew the defendant from a previous altercation, and the tone indicated that they had returned to confront her…
