BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Delta Utilities postponed its community customer care pop-up event scheduled for Jan. 27 due to weather forecasts.
The event will now take place Monday, Feb. 2, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center at 4000 Gus Young Avenue.
This is the second in a series of customer care pop-up events. The events come after customers described significant increases in their monthly bills.

The pop-up event will help customers understand their natural gas bills, learn about available payment assistance programs and find ways to manage energy usage. Customers can speak one-on-one with Delta Utilities customer service representatives and access resources tailored to their needs…
