BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baker City Court will have an amnesty period next month. This is for people with outstanding bench warrants.
Court officials said the amnesty period is from Feb. 1 to Feb. 28. During this time, eligible defendants can have some bench warrants recalled. They won’t need to pay the usual recall fee.
