BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Emeril’s Chop House by Emeril Lagasse will open at L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge in 2026.
The upscale steakhouse and fine dining restaurant will feature Louisiana flavors, steaks, fresh seafood and signature dishes in a modern space.
