Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents cited a subject for alleged deer hunting violations in East Baton Rouge Parish on Jan. 23.
Agents cited Derek Armstrong, 45, of Greenwell Springs, for hunting deer without a basic hunting license and deer hunting license, failing to tag deer, failing to validate deer harvest, and hunting deer during illegal hours or with artificial light or both.
