Legendary Chef Emeril Lagasse, whose foundation for his culinary empire was launched at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, will open a new Louisiana restaurant in the state capital.
Lagasse and L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge announced the chef will open an American steakhouse, Emeril’s Chop House, later this year.
