BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Capital Area Transit System (CATS), Theo Richards, issued a statement Monday in response to several recent indictments involving vendors contracted to work with the public transportation provider.
Five people, including East Baton Rouge Metro Councilman Cleve Dunn Jr., who represents District 6, have been indicted in connection with a probe into the misuse of money intended for CATS.
