BRUSLY — It was around 10 p.m. on Saturday night when a pursuit started in Port Allen and ended with the driver crashing in a cane field in Brusly.
Law enforcement say the pursuit began in Port Allen with Port Allen Police officers pursuing the driver of a vehicle. At this time, it’s unclear what started the pursuit. That driver then went into the city limits of Brusly.
