Pho Viet is set to open in the Long Farm Village development in Baton Rouge, first reported by The Acadiana Advocate. The restaurant will occupy a 2,000 square-foot space on 9555 Antioch Rd.
The upcoming Baton Rouge location is the latest addition to a growing group of Vietnamese restaurants that Huynh and Nguyen have built over a decade, which began in 2017 with Bao Vietnamese Kitchen in Baton Rouge. Most recently, What Now New Orleans reported that the pair were opening Nammii in mid-February — a restaurant inspired by Vietnam and Hong Kong in the 90s — serving traditional Vietnamese food with some dim sum options.
Husband-and-wife duo Chau Huynh and Tam Nguyen first opened Pho Viet in 2022 in Gonzalez.
