Louisiana FedEx Driver Arrested for Allegedly Stealing $62,000 in Packages

BATON ROUGE, La.(KMDL-FM) – A Louisiana FedEx driver has been arrested by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office after investigators discovered a storage unit filled with roughly $62,000 in stolen packages.

Louisiana FedEx Driver Arrested For Alleged Theft

According to fox8live.com, property theft detectives were alerted on February 13 of a FedEx package that was never delivered. After investigating the claim, authorities identified 27-year-old FedEx delivery driver Tyran Jackson as the main suspect in the theft claim.

While conducting their investigation, detectives discovered that the stolen package that was reported was actually in a storage unit in the 10500 block of Perkins Road in Baton Rouge.
