BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An arrest has been made in connection with an attempted armed robbery of a United States Postal Service mail carrier that happened on Jan. 12 in Baton Rouge.
Harold Retana, 31, was charged with armed robbery with a firearm.
