The real estate arm of Guaranty Corporation bought a 4.8-acre parcel of land on Burbank Drive for $1.65 million, a site that could eventually become the headquarters for the radio and marketing business.
Guaranty Real Estate Management Co. LLC bought the land at 7611 Burbank, next to the Court to Table pickleball facility, in a deal that was filed last week. The seller was J C Burbanq LLC.
