“Let’s kick it up a notch, this time in Baton Rouge!”

It’s been a big year for Emeril Lagasse—whose flagship, Emeril’s, was the only restaurant in the South to receive two Michelin stars in the guide’s new American South edition. Now, leaping off of that buzz, he’s sending his energies out from the Big Easy to the Red Stick—where his newest concept, Emeril’s Chop House, will open in L’Auberge Casino & Hotel later this year. From the project, foodies can expect an upscale steakhouse vibe, with Emeril’s characteristic Louisiana twist: think premium steaks, local seafood, and signature dishes you can’t find anywhere else.
