According to What Now, a recent liquor-license application filed with the city lists Peyton Place Lounge as the new tenant and identifies Baton Rouge local Keaira Pate as the owner. The outlet reports that the business traces its paperwork back to March 2021, and that public details on a menu or firm opening date are still under wraps.
