LSU AgCenter seeks participants for puffed rice cakes study

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Louisiana State University AgCenter is looking for people to participate in a consumer study all about a light, airy snack—puffed rice cakes.

The Sensory Services Lab on LSU’s campus will hold the study from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 26.

Participants chosen for the study will be asked to taste four samples of puffed rice cakes. The study should take around 15 minutes to complete, the AgCenter said…
