The 17-year-old who was shot on March 18 died at the hospital Saturday afternoon, according to the Baton Rouge coroner’s office.
De’Vonte Coleman was shot in the head. Corey Williams, 24, was arrested on March 20 and charged negligent injuring and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile in connection with the shooting, although the charges may be updated.
