BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Power was restored at Southern University’s Baton Rouge campus Monday afternoon, according to the university’s latest update.
The outage had forced campus operations to be suspended for the rest of the day. The university posted an alert about the outage before 12:30 p.m. The initial message stated that the facilities team was assessing the situation.
