BATON ROUGE, La. (InvestigateTV) — An 11-year-old boy is recovering from a stroke he suffered after a freak accident on his school playground.
had a marker in his mouth when he was hit by a soccer ball. The marker punctured his throat and compressed a major artery, which led to a blood clot and eventually the stroke.
“The first thing he said to me, he was like, ‘Mom, am I going to die?’ I was like, I mean, that’s a loaded question for an 11-year-old and I’m just like, ‘No, you’re not,’” Angelina Frazier, Cole’s mother, said.
