BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A man has pleaded guilty to attempting to entice a minor in Livingston Parish, according to federal prosecutors.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Kleidar Enrique Garcia Ochoa, 30, admitted to using social media to communicate with someone he believed was a 15-year-old boy in Denham Springs.
Investigators said the person was actually an undercover law enforcement officer. Ochoa arranged to meet the minor and was arrested when he arrived at the agreed-upon location…
