BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Ward 2 District 3 Constable’s Office will open at the Electric Depot on Government Street starting April 1.
Deputy Constable Anthony Thomas and the District 3 Constable’s Office will operate out of the former Sage Hair Studio space, donated by Electric Depot ownership team member Dyke Nelson.
