BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Firefighters released video of a house consumed by flames, which they say threatened a neighboring home early Tuesday morning, April 7.
The scene unfolded around 4:45 a.m. on Convention Street near the CATS terminal in Baton Rouge.
According to the Baton Rouge Fire Department, crews worked to contain the house fire while also prioritizing protecting the neighboring home, which was superficially damaged by heat exposure.
Officials confirmed no one was inside the home when the fire started, and no injuries were reported.
Investigators said they believe the fire was intentionally started, but no arrest has been made for arson at this time…
