One of the few remaining tracts of undeveloped land near Towne Center shopping complex has been sold for just under $1 million to a local multifamily development and management company, which plans to build an office building there.
B2 Investments – Commerce Circle LLC bought the 1.2-acre tract at 6959 Commerce Circle for $975,000 in a deal that was filed Tuesday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s Office. The seller was the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
