BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A new roundabout project near Southern University’s campus has secured initial funding and is moving into the design phase.
The project, located just off Scenic Highway across the tracks from Southern University’s campus, received $850,000 in initial funding from Congressman Cleo Fields.
