BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An investigation by the Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) into a complaint regarding cruelty to juveniles led to the arrest of a mother.
Angel Fieldings, 28, was charged with second-degree cruelty to juveniles.
