BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man has been arrested in connection with a house fire in Zachary that investigators say was intentionally set.
According to the Baton Rouge Fire Department, fire investigators arrested Nicholas Noel Spann, 30, on Thursday on one count of simple arson.
