The former CEO of a shuttered Iberville Parish health clinic is suing the nonprofit for defamation and wrongful termination, claiming its handling of a false child sexual assault accusation derailed his career and personal life.
In early May 2023, Charles E Williams, the CEO of St. Gabriel Health Clinic, was waiting in the lobby of a local K-12 school when the assistant principal approached him to tell him he was a pedophile.
