With over 150 locations across the U.S., Swig is bringing dirty soda to Baton Rouge.
The Utah-based chain began in 2010 and became known for its soda concoctions, dubbed dirty soda. Each beverage begins with a fountain soda, and customers can choose to add a flavor of their choice (like vanilla, coconut or butterscotch) and then a splash of cream.
At 14631 Village Market St., Swig will be located in the Long Farm Village, off Airline Highway, across the street from Five Guys and nearby Rouses, according to Long Farm Village founder and developer Russell Mosely. He said it’ll likely open by September.
