PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three people were arrested in Washington County, Oregon, after stealing $36,000 worth of Ulta and other retail merchandise in Seattle.
On May 16, 2026, theft organizers from Ulta reported a suspected Organized Retail Theft crew for possibly stealing from multiple locations in the Seattle, Washington area earlier that day, and police said they were told that the thieves were in Washington County.
Products that were stolen include name-brand perfumes such as YSL and notable celebrity lines such as Bella Hadid’s Orbella.
Authorities said that by using a drone operator, they were able to confirm the suspect’s car, a Cadillac Escalade, was close to the Aloha Intel campus at an unnamed parking lot. They said that while the car was found empty, two of the three people matching the reported description were standing nearby. The third suspect was found in a nearby food truck.
