Man arrested for DUI incident involving stolen car in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A Kirkland man was arrested on Tuesday night for driving a stolen vehicle under the influence, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).

Spokane Valley deputies were first notified around 7:10 p.m. about a man displaying disorderly behavior, with a caller claiming that he urinated in the parking lot of a business in the 1400 block of North Pines Road. The man reportedly left the parking lot in a blue GMC Terrain.

According to SCSO officials, the caller provided authorities with the GMC’s license plate and Spokane Regional Emergency Communications personnel learned that the car had been reported stolen in King County earlier in the day…
