The Seattle City Council voted unanimously to approve a resolution for the next steps with the troubled King County Regional Homeless Authority (KCRHA), which is at a $45 million loss and can’t account for $13 million of those losses.
The resolution gives the Seattle Mayor’s Office until Aug. 1 to recommend whether to restructure, dissolve, or continue with the hard-pressed homelessness agency.
