MOD Pizza co-founders Scott and Ally Svenson have sold their Medina mansion for nearly $11.6 million.
“The Gables” home, completed in 1908, is considered to be the oldest home in Medina along the eastern shore of Lake Washington, according to the luxury-lifestyle magazine Robb Report.
The husband and wife entrepreneurs originally listed the home for $14.1 million in July 2024, just after selling MOD Pizza to Southern California-based Elite Restaurant Group for an undisclosed price.
