A 19-year-old driver is facing multiple potential charges after reportedly crashing a car through a closed garage door in unincorporated Bremerton, then fleeing the scene before returning minutes later, according to Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kevin McCarty.

McCarty said an eyewitness captured the dramatic moment on video as the vehicle burst through the garage and hit a parked car at an apartment complex in the 1200 block of Northeast Steeple Rock Lane around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
