SEATTLE — A driver was cited for negligent driving after a Washington State Patrol (WSP) trooper discovered her asleep behind the wheel of a Tesla on Interstate 5 (I-5), WSP said.
The woman behind the wheel of the Tesla passed a trooper while traveling 78 mph on I-5 near South 272nd Street, WSP said.
