YAKIMA, Wash. – Seattle FBI said it was investigating “laser strikes” at the Yakima Air Terminal.
It said there had been 19 reports of “laser incidents involving an aircraft” since the start 0f 2026. The reports came from commercial, private, medical and military aircraft pilots who said they experienced a green laser aimed at the cockpit while approaching or flying near YKM.
