Glassybaby, the hand-blown glass studio that has occupied the same Old Bellevue storefront on Main Street for more than 15 years, is preparing to move to a new location this summer, according to a Glassybaby employee. The retailer is relocating to Design Market, the shopping center across from Overlake Hospital that also houses All the Best Pet Care and Relax the Back.
The new storefront will give Glassybaby a larger footprint than its current Main Street location.
The move is being driven by redevelopment set to take place on Main Street and 103rd Avenue Northeast, affecting the site Glassybaby occupies at 10230 Main Street, along with the surrounding corner of Old Bellevue.
