Agency supporting gunshot victims claims Seattle owes tens of thousands of dollars

SEATTLE — A south Seattle counseling agency is accusing the city of failing to pay for two months of services to gunshot victims.

The agency’s owner confronted the mayor during a Tuesday news conference about the mass shooting at Seattle Center.
