VIDEO: Teen wounded in North SeaTac Park shooting later said injury was self-inflicted

SeaTac Police deputies helped save a wounded 17-year-old boy after responding Aug. 12 to reports of a shooting at North SeaTac Park, according to SeaTac Police and the King County Sheriff’s Office.

The 911 caller was the injured teen, who had a gunshot wound to his thigh and leg, police said.

Deputies quickly removed the teen from a car, used a tourniquet to stop the bleeding and continued providing aid until paramedics arrived…
