KING COUNTY, Wash. — A SeaTac man is accused of holding his girlfriend and her two young daughters in a vehicle for three days before driving off with the children along Interstate 90, according to charging documents filed by the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Carlos Alberto Gallegos Villagomez is charged with two counts of second-degree kidnapping and one count of unlawful imprisonment — domestic violence.
