A traffic collision on Old Woman Springs Road involving a motorcycle left one person dead.
On Thursday (September 10) at around 1:10 p.m., California Highway Patrol officers responded to a report of a collision on Old Woman Springs Road near Acoma Trail. The CHP said that two motorcyclists, a husband and wife, were traveling southbound on the highway when they sideswiped each other. This caused the husband to crash, and officers say they found him on the ground when they arrived. He was taken to Hi-Desert Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. His wife was uninjured…
