High temperatures reached 80 in Yelm and Federal Way Thursday, and temperatures throughout the Seattle area stayed in the comfortable mid-70s. However, the weather will start to change over the next couple of days. It’s all about the wind direction.
Starting later tonight and continuing through Friday, onshore winds will return. This will bring the typical morning clouds back to the area, giving us overcast weather in the morning before sunshine breaks in the afternoon.
We haven’t seen much fog for the past few mornings, but more widespread fog could start Friday across Puget Sound. Nothing unusual about this weather pattern, but you will notice the changes compared to the last few days…
