The South Sound will see rain and high winds on Tuesday.
According to a news release from the National Weather Service, wind gusts will range from 25 miles per hour to 35 miles per hour along the interior, compared to 35- to 45-mph winds along the coast and across parts of Whatcom and Snohomish counties.
