Seattle Boat Co. has expanded into Northern Puget Sound with the acquisition of Bayside Marine in Everett.
The acquisition brings together two Pacific Northwest marine businesses. Bayside Marine, which specializes in pre-owned boats and outboard-powered vessels, will retain its local team and identity under the Seattle Boat Co. network.
