REDMOND, WA (October 19, 2026) – Sugar Mountain today announced the opening of Yukon, a new quick-serve steakhouse in the heart of Redmond’s Rail District. Yukon offers a distillation of the steakhouse experience, without the reservation, the two-hour time commitment, or the expensive check. The menu is simple by design, featuring American Wagyu beef sourced in-house through Sugar Mountain’s own Mishima Reserve and WinterFrost brands.
Hungry guests choose between two options of steak that are seared over a high-heat grill and served pre-cut alongside beef tallow roasted potatoes, a house salad, and a choice of three distinctly delicious, house-made sauces. The beverage program features a small, curated line up of craft beers, wines, and batch cocktails.
