A Washington State Trooper and a Seattle Department of Transportation employee were working on Interstate I-5 to block off the State Route 520 exit when a motor home collided with both vehicles Sunday morning, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson.
Johnson told KIRO 7 that emergency crews have blocked off the three left lanes of I-5 just north of downtown Seattle near Hamlin Street. Crews have also closed exit 168B to SR 520.
